Subdivision or property appraisal - How do I decide?

If a property can be divided vertically in two or more parts and minimum subdivision areas are respected in the regulations, a subdivision is the best way.

That one or the new plots are registered in their own land registry bodies (EZ). Easements can be made without touching a stranger.

Property appraisal
If a property cannot be divided vertically (for example: commercial building, multistorey residential building), the total object has be divided proportionally.
